Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our artisanal chocolates and delivery.

How do you ensure the chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?

We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and thermal liners for all orders. During warmer months or for deliveries to hot climates, we include reusable gel ice packs to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

Are Maison Marou products vegan-friendly?

Many of our dark chocolate bars are naturally vegan as they contain only cacao, cocoa butter, and cane sugar. However, please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information, as some of our flavored bars or truffles may contain dairy.

Where do you source your cacao beans?

We take pride in our direct-trade model, sourcing high-quality cacao beans directly from family-owned farms in Vietnam. This ensures fair compensation for farmers and the highest quality flavor profiles for our chocolate.

What is the shelf life of your chocolates?

Our single-origin dark chocolate bars are best enjoyed within 12-18 months of production. Our fresh ganache truffles and pralines have a shorter shelf life of approximately 4 weeks and should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.

Can I return food products if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on chocolate items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
